We have provided a brief outline of how to book for both catered and selfcatered holidays. However we strongly advise you to read the appropriate full terms and conditions depending upon whether your holiday is catered or self catered.

Catered Chalet Terms and Conditions - Chalets Gentiane and La Musardiere.

Full payment is due at the time of booking if your holiday commences less than 10 weeks from your arrival date in resort. Your booking form will detail the balance payment due for your holiday. Balance payments can only be made by credit/debit card. Card payments will be deducted in Euros. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Self Catered Terms and Conditions - Chalet La Ruche

Please telephone us on UK number: 0845 680 1208 to process your payment. We will then send you a receipt for your deposit and a booking form in the post which you must complete and return to us.
Full payment is due at the time of booking if your holiday commences less than 10 weeks from your arrival date in resort.
Your booking form will detail the balance payment due for your holiday. This will include a refundable security deposit of 420 Euros (£300) against breakages and damage. Balance payments can be made by credit card only. Card payments will be deducted in Euros. We accept Visa and MasterCard
